![]() I’ve been using Reset with coach John’s support for 9 weeks now and my weight loss is solid at a pound a week. Knowing I can have it tomorrow if I really want it makes a difference. (I had a good routine of exercise for a month or more before Reset with no change.) And it seems harder to lose weight when you’ve been working out can’t make a lot of healthy lifestyle changes too. You know, those last 10-15 pounds anyone finds themselves stuck with after dieting. I’ll be 60 this year and was a fitness instructor before Covid so it’s that really hard to lose weight I’m dealing with. In just over four weeks I’ve lost seven pounds and expect to easily hit my goal before warm weather. A quick note to my coach John had me going three days a week. Initially I went with two days a week, but after trying the food and enjoying it I decided to speed up my results. ![]() Finally after repeatedly telling myself it was too expensive I signed up for Reset. I gained 15 pounds and was unsuccessful in finding a way to turn it around. Workouts were a struggle and my eating couldn’t adjust to my new lifestyle. After Covid struck a year ago I went from on the go and at the gym to stick at home. ![]()
